great hotel experience!
excellent locationfriendly staffwell-equipped room
the location was excellent, very close to the ginza metro. it made getting around the area so easy. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. the room was clean and well-equipped, everything i needed was there.
the air conditioning system did not allow switching between hot and cold easily.

The room had comfortable beds. the design felt very modern. everything was clear, all necessary amenities were present. It. there was also a television in the room.

The location impressed me with proximity to the train station. Traveling was quite accessible. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I found the stay enjoyable.
The AC temperature was centrally controlled. I could not adjust it in my room. The room was quite small and designed efficiently. I had little room for movement.

The room felt quite cramped. It was difficult to move around with luggage. i also found the lighting in the room inadequate for working. the lack of proper storage space added to the discomfort. i needed more room to accommodate my belongings . the limited space really impacted my ability to relax after long days out.
